The relays series DSP are designed to detect the active power flow in a 3-wire 3-phase line, even in the presence of unbalanced currents. They operate whenever the active power flows in the opposite direction with respect to the normal working condition of the protected line.
Then they are employed for the protection of generators against motoring.
